Does Arrowhead Appraisals have FHA Approved Appraisers?

Yes.  All of our appraisers are FHA approved and have been providing FHA Appraisals for many years.  We would remind all clients to order the appraisal via FHA by the specific appraiser’s license number, which can be found on the experience page of this web site.  Also, do not forget to send the FHA Case Number with the order. What is your turnaround time?

Our turnaround time varies in terms of the location of the property and complexity of the report.  Our typical turnaround time for a standard residential report ranges from 1-5 days.  We give assignments to the appraiser who can get to it the quickest.  We would suggest that if a specific turn time is needed, call and talk with the appraiser.  We try to contact the borrower within a 24-hour period to schedule the inspection. In terms of commercial appraisals, we will cover most counties throughout Colorado.  Our residential coverage primarily includes Pueblo County and Custer Country.  Please call if you have another county in mind. Back to top

Does Arrowhead Appraisals accept credit card payment?

We do not accept payment via credit card.  We can accept cash or check.  We also can bill the client and accept payment at closing. Back to top

Can you reassign an appraisal?

USPAP no longer allows appraisers to reassign appraisals in a new client name.  A new appraisal must now be ordered with a new effective date and date of signature.  Please call and talk to an appraiser about this if you have a specific assignment. Back to to

I need a commercial appraisal and want to know how much will it cost?

The cost of a commercial appraisal is based on the type of report that is needed and the complexity of the property.  A Limited/Restricted report will be the least expensive due to the limited level of detail presented in the report.  This type of report basically states the facts about the property and the value conclusions.  Most banks and lending institutions require a Summary report.  This type of report is much more detailed and summarizes all of our reasoning and conclusions.  It also contains much more detail about the subject property, neighborhood, city, and region.  A Self Contained report provides very detailed information and thorough explanations about the property, neighborhood, city, region, and the valuation of the property.  All commercial, industrial, condemnation, and easement appraisals are quoted individually.  Please call to discuss your needs and get a price quote.
