Kevin Roark |
Kevin Roark has been in the appraisal industry for over 20 years. The first four years with the Pueblo County Assessors Office and as an independent fee appraiser since 1989. He specializes in commercial, industrial, and easement appraisal assignments as well as providing consulting services. As a proud partner and owner of Arrowhead Real Estate Appraisals, he strives to provide the highest quality services for his clients. He is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute, member of the Pueblo Association of Realtors, and a member of the Pueblo and Colorado Home Builder Association. Greg Cozzolino |
Greg A. Cozzolino is a founder and proud partner of Arrowhead Real Estate Appraisals. He grew up in Pueblo, Colorado and attended Colorado State University Fort Collins where he obtained his Bachelors Degree in 1998. He has been in the appraisal business full time for the past nine years. Greg is an Associate Member of The Appraisal Institute, member of the Pueblo Association of Realtors, as well as the Pueblo and Colorado Home Builders Association. He provides a variety of appraisal services in both residential and multifamily assignments for numerous clients. Kevin Cozzolino |
Kevin P. Cozzolino is a proud partner, owner and appraiser with Arrowhead Real Estate Appraisals. He is a native of Colorado and has lived in Pueblo his entire life. Kevin has been in the appraisal business for approximately 13 years. He holds a Certified Residential License with the state of Colorado. He is a graduate of the University of Southern Colorado with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology, and a Business Minor. He is an Associate Member of The Appraisal Institute, member of the Pueblo Association of Realtors and a member of both the Pueblo and Colorado Home Builder Associations. He provides a wide range of appraisal services ranging from residential to commercial appraisals.
